IDAT consults has a team of technical experts with over 30 years cumulative experience working with international development organizations, governments and private sector partner in agriculture, education, migration, and private sector development across sub-Saharan Africa. Having work with the foremost international development organization including UK- Department for international Development (DFID), United State Agency for international Development (USAID), European Union, German International Development (GIZ) and chevron-foundation for partnership initiatives in the Niger Delta, our team is equipped with wealth of experience to help governments, development organization and private sector develop sustainable solutions with high-impact effect

Ilawole Oluwatosin
Ilawole Oluwatosin, Managing Partner at IDAT Consults, brings over 11 years of experience in international development, managing projects worth over £3 million across agriculture, education, and youth development.
His achievements include increasing income for 7,519 Nigerian fish farmers by £1.7 million and securing private sector investments for the aquaculture sector. He currently leads global M&E for British Council’s Higher Education and TVET programmes across 60 countries. Oluwatosin has previously held advisory roles with GIZ, DFID and PwC-UK Programs, holding a bachelors degree in Sociology and a masters in Industrial and Labor Relations.

IKemi Vaughan is a Global Marketing Specialist, focusing on Africa, Asia, and Latin America. She previously worked with GIZ, enhancing labor market initiatives in Nigeria.
A Chartered Marketer (CIM UK) with an MBA, Kemi has led marketing at Jobberman Nigeria and written career insights for Punch Newspapers. Passionate about youth empowerment, she trains African youths in employability and soft skills

Amoo Abiodun is an agricultural consultant with 23+ years of experience in Nigeria’s agricultural sector, focusing on value chain development, farmer training, and rural livelihoods. He holds degrees in Fisheries, Marketing, and an MBA, with a Master’s in Agribusiness in progress.
He has led agricultural projects for USAID, GIZ, World Bank, and DFID, specializing in training, curriculum development, and agribusiness advisory services. Currently, he consults on sustainable farming, financial literacy, and women’s empowerment, supporting farmers and enterprises across key value chains.

He provides services to 2,000 farmers for Foundation PIND in Ondo State and trains 800 youth in agribusiness and climate-smart agriculture. Taiwo designs market-driven projects, links MSMEs to markets, and supports project monitoring and impact assessment.
